US delivery - $14.00
International delivery - $26.00
You'll be only charged once per order, no matter how many items you buy.
LOCAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
If you live outside the US, some countries charge local duties or taxes on your order. This is a separate charge (not imposed by us) so we recommend that you contact your local Customs Authority to understand what any potential costs may be before you order.
In most cases, the courier delivering your outfit will take payment of these charges on behalf of your local Customs Office, before releasing your order to you.
If for whatever reason you need to refund your purchase, these charges aren't refundable from us and you'll have to claim these refunds from your local Customs Authority directly.
The time it take to deliver to you will depend on the type of item you've ordered. These delivery types are:
'Ready to Ship' , if in stock, is dispatched within a week.
'Made to Measure' Our outfits are custom made. It generally takes up to 8 weeks for custom made outfits. Sometimes the delivery estimate is written on the product description because different outfits take different lengths of time.
Whilst we always do our best to ensure your delivery is dispatched with ample time, we can't be held responsible for any delays experienced by the couriers or by workshops.
Shipping is initiated only after we receive the full payment for the product.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
All deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and require a signature by an authorized person at the delivery address given at the time of ordering.
Once the package has been sent out from our delivery facility, we're unable to redirect orders to a different address.
If you're not available to receive your order, the courier will leave you a note. Most couriers will attempt to redeliver to your address a maximum of three times.
Any re-delivery requests should be made directly with the carrier who shipped your items.
The details of the courier and tracking number will be sent to you on email where possible.
We insure all products up until the point they're delivered to you. All packages must be signed for at which point the responsibility transfers over to you. If you have a recipient who'll sign on your behalf, you then accept this as evidence that responsibility has been transferred over to you.
WHERE WE DELIVER
*We delivery worldwide to almost all countries. We can't ship to the following countries because of restrictions by courier companies:
Ivory Coast (Cote D’Ivoire)
*Truck and rail shipments to and within other than as a connecting conveyance are excluded to Mexico. Shipments via air are covered.
Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries will be restricted. For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After we receive your order and full payment, we'll send you an email /whatsapp/text confirmation, where possible, which contains your package tracking details and expected delivery date. The confirmation message will be sent based on what contact information we have on file, email or cell phone number.
Most couriers initially take at least 24-48 hours to update delivery information into their systems, so you might have to wait a short while to get your information update.
