STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Mohar by EKAA COUTURE online (website, facebook, instagram, whatsapp, etsy) and physical stores are made accessible in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and any other rules posted on this website. 

This information may be updated at any time and you should regularly check for any changes that we have made to the T&Cs. Please read the T&Cs before placing any orders, through any of our affiliated sales channels as listed above. We take your purchase as an agreement of any terms and conditions.     
By using our Services (making a purchase), you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

EKAA CASH

​Earn EKAA CASH with your purchase. Offer valid on the dates as mentioned in the website or promotional material you receive. Earned EKAA CASH can be spent on future purchases during the validity of the CASH reward.
EKAA CASH can only be earned by members. Membership is free. By signing up for membership you agree to receive promotional material by email.
There is no limit to earning and spending EKAA CASH.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once you've placed your order you will receive an initial email or Whatsapp message acknowledging your order specifics. This email/message only confirms your order has been received. You will receive another email / message to advise that your order has been dispatched or any other communication required during the order process.
EKAA COUTURE reserves the right to not accept orders at our sole discretion. This may occur for example,  due to the unavailability of stock or if we are unable to receive authorization for payment and other restrictions we deem are appropriate.

PAYMENTS

  • Payments are due at the time of order.

  • Exception for this policy is made at the discretion of the Meenal Gupta - EKAA COUTURE team.

  • All payments have to be cleared before picking the product from the store or any EKAA COUTURE affiliated workshops, such as alteration and tailor shops recommended by Meenal Gupta - EKAA COUTURE.

  • EKAA COUTURE reserves the right to take legal action in the event of failure to abide by the above policy. 

  • Late or delayed payments may also incur late fees, finance charges and any other legal fees associated to settle the account.

  • All purchases will be subject to sales tax per Virginia law, unless the tax is included in the price of the merchandise.

  • Terms of payment, including method of payment accepted is at the discretion of Meenal Gupta - EKAA COUTURE team.

  • Skipped payments, declined payments will incur additional fees equivalent to 30% of the total price of the purchase in addition to all legal, court and any other fees and expenses associated.

INSURANCE

EKAA COUTURE will insure all products during the time from when it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. This is only applicable to products which are mailed.
 
You are required to sign for your goods when delivered, at which point you accept responsibility for the purchased goods. If somebody else signs on your behalf, you accept this as evidence of delivery and accept responsibility for the purchased goods.
 

SHIPPING

Estimated shipping times are only to be only as a guide. EKAA COUTURE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by various reasons such as availability of material, amount taken to make the outfit or customs and we recommend you contact your local customs office should any delays occur.
 
You are responsible for the payment of any customs taxes, duties and related charges to importing any products to your country. See our Shipping and Delivery page for more details. 
Deliveries are made only after the full payment for the product has been received.
 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content of this site is protected by international intellectual property treaties and laws. Trademarks, designs, and all content provided on this site can not be redistributed or reproduced. Any violation of these laws may result in criminal or civil penalties.
 

WEBSITE INCONSISTENCIES

We will always try to provide the correct product description and prices on the website, however sometimes errors can occur. If an error in price is discovered we will notify you soon as possible and reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order.
If you cannot be contacted we will cancel your order and refund the purchase price.
We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that have been based on information that is inaccurate.
​We offer lowest price online hence you may find the prices in the physical store maybe be higher. We strive to provide the most competitive prices online.
