'Made to Measure'Β OurΒ outfits are custom made. ItΒ generally takes up to 8 weeks for custom made outfits. Sometimes the delivery estimate is written on theΒ product descriptionΒ because different outfits take different lengths of time.Β
βΒ Whilst we always do our best to ensure your delivery is dispatched with ample time, we can't be held responsible for any delays experienced by the couriers or by workshops.
βShipping is initiated only after we receive the full payment for the product.

Express shipping is available for ready to ship items. Please contact us for that.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
βAll deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and require a signature by an authorized person at the delivery address given at the time of ordering.
Order Redirection
Once the package has been sent out from our delivery facility, we're unable to redirect orders to a different address.
Re-delivery
If you're not available to receive your order, the courier will leave you a note. Most couriers will attempt to redeliver to your address a maximum of three times.
Any re-delivery requests should be made directly with the carrier who shipped your items.
The details of the courier and tracking number will be sent to you on email where possible. Β
Insurance
We insureΒ all products up until the point they're delivered to you. All packages must be signed for at which point the responsibility transfers over to you. If you have a recipient who'll sign on your behalf, you then accept this as evidence that responsibility has been transferred over to you.
